These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply between the entity operating the 8999ber platform ("Platform" or "Site") and any person who accesses, browses, or registers on this site ("User" or "you").

2.3 Prohibited Persons

The following individuals may not register on this platform:

3.1 Deposit

bKash, Nagad and Rocket can be used to deposit funds on the 8999ber platform. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300 (three hundred taka).

• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
• Deposited funds will always be calculated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
• The payment account used for the deposit process must be registered in the name of the registered user.
• Making a deposit using another person's payment account is not permitted.

3.2 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally completed within 5–30 minutes.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method that was used for the deposit.
• Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal is processed.

• Deposit ৳12,000 → maximum ৳5,000 bonus → total balance ৳17,000

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each promotion applies only to eligible users.
• A bonus may not be claimed more than once unless the promotion's terms state otherwise.
• Attempting to use a bonus fraudulently may result in the bonus being cancelled and the account being suspended.

The 8999ber VIP program has three tiers:

• Silver — up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Gold — up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Advancing to a higher tier depends on consistent activity on the platform. To receive VIP cashback, the account must be active and specific conditions must be met.

5.1 General Prohibitions

Any of the following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering using a false identity or fake information.
• Using software, bots, or automated systems to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other users to claim bonuses or winnings.
• Exploiting technical errors on the platform — any funds obtained in such cases will be voided.
• Using threatening, harassing, or abusive language.
• Conducting financial transactions using a third party's payment account.

5.2 Account Suspension and Cancellation

If evidence of any of the above prohibited conduct is found, 8999ber may immediately and without prior notice suspend or permanently cancel the account. In such cases:

• Any bonus or winnings obtained through fraudulent means will be fully forfeited.
• The return of regularly deposited funds will be considered after an investigation.

6.1 Random Number Generator (RNG)

If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to be fully effective.
